Best tax ever.
From viewing the clip it would appear that Rebecca Hoskin had little trouble in convincing the town's traders to go plastic free after they had viewed a film she had made in Hawaii on the legacy of plastic rubbish. (How middle of the ocean is that.)
The film to be shown BBC2 Wednesday at 9.00pm, Natural World.
