We have had Mark (disappeared off the face of the earth) Foley and his "Child Modeling Exploitation prevention Act of 2002" and it would appear we might have had the "The Lewd Or Lascivious Exhibition Act" a bill which if passed would have made public sex acts illegal even if both parties consented.
A failed bill as it happens, but written by no other than State Rep. Bob ( I'll give you Twenty if I can swallow your man meat) Allen. C&l has a short video.
