FRAUD, AND HOW TO SUPPORT IT

by

Kate McCann

(Publishers: Transworld International)

If, when doing the weekly shop, we are tempted by a BOGOF offer to pick up an extra packet of biscuits, we should hardly expect to be charged for both packets at the supermarket checkout. That would be a deception on the part of the vendor, who will have contravened an inducement to purchase, i.e. the terms of an advertisement which, according to the IPA code, should be legal, decent honest and truthful. It's no different to selling a car with 'no known faults' when it hasn't actually got an engine.

The following is owing to Mike Hamilton, writing exclusively for The Sun:

"The parents or Madeleine McCann plan to plough their own money into the search for their missing daughter if police halt their investigation. Kate and Gerry McCann both 47, of Rothley Leics., fear public donations have dried up as the search approaches its eighth anniversary. So they have pumped almost £1 million into a fund for Madeleine that would be running at a loss without their cash. The money came from Kate's book about Madeleine's disappearance in Portugal in May 2007 and the search for her."

It is made absolutely clear here that "their (the McCanns') own money...came from Kate's book about Madeleine's disappearance in Portugal in May 2007 and the search for her."

Kate McCann has only written one book so far, the various editions of which have incorporated a conspicuous advertising 'flash' on its front cover. This reads:

"All royalties donated to Madeleine's Fund."

All royalties, as announced by Transworld publishing, since the flash was an intrinsic feature of the publication, and not a superimposed sticker.

According to Mike Hamilton however, some of these very royalties must have been directed to the author personally, in order for it to be considered her money, and deriving, as it did, from her book.

It follows, inevitably, that Transworld publishers were responsible for incorporating a misleading inducement to purchase with their product offering.

If all the royalties were paid into the fund in the first instance, then they could not subsequently be placed there as 'top up' funding by Kate McCann, coming from her own pocket so to speak. If, on the other hand, the McCanns are boasting of personal income from book sales, as Mike Hamilton informs his readers, then Transworld are clearly at fault.

Is a 'class action' appropriate here, I wonder?

Hat Trick by Dr Martin Roberts

Hat Trick
By Dr Martin Roberts
24/01/2016

“Neither the parents or any other member of the group are either persons of interest or suspects”
(DCI Andy Redwood (retd.)).

From which it follows, that should anyone develop evidence to suggest the McCanns circulated photographs of Madeleine’s pyjamas taken before she disappeared, said evidence would be ignored by Operation Grange on the grounds that the McCanns were neither persons of interest nor suspects.

It follows also, that should someone bring to the attention of investigators conflicting statements by Dr David Payne, which record the complete impossibility of his last seeing Madeleine McCann on two separate occasions,* said contradiction too would be ignored, on the grounds that other members of the group were neither persons of interest nor suspects.

Despite these observations seeming to indicate misdemeanours at the Ocean Club, Praia da Luz, prior to Madeleine McCann’s supposed abduction (supposed by Operation Grange that is) and hence prior to ‘point zero’ (as defined by DCI Redwood), they would not qualify for further scrutiny within the remit of the investigation, for the reasons above mentioned.

Robert Murat, however, is not to be numbered among other members of the McCann group and has already been recognised as a person of interest to the investigation.

So when, in an earlier statement to Police, he alludes to Madeleine McCann having been taken from an apartment other than 5A,** there can be no excuse for overlooking the significance of his remarks, because, for Madeleine to have been removed from somewhere else, despite her parents declaring her absent from their own apartment, she must have been relocated beforehand.

*At 6.30 p.m. in the company of Kate McCann, according to David Payne’s own rogatory statement http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/DAVID-PAYNE-ROGATORY.htm

*At 5.00 p.m. in the company of both parents, according to a document read and referred to by DC 1756 Marshall in October 2007 http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/KATERINA-PAYNE-INCIDENT.htm

** Robert Murat (arguido statement): “never in his life has he entered the apartment where Madeleine was when she disappeared, neither before nor after the events under investigation." http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/ROBERT-MURAT.htm

**Barend Wijdom (witness statement): “On that morning the witness saw Murat moving around the site a lot and saw him enter and leave the apartment Madeleine disappeared from, without knowing whether he was with anyone there. He said that Murat moved a lot between the authorities and journalists." http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/BAREND_WEIJDOM.htm

Supposing both Murat and Weijdom to be telling the truth, then Murat can only be referring to an apartment other than 5A.

Trust Me, I'm a Metropolitan Police Officer

L-azzeri-lies-in-the-sun takes a look at Crechedad

Inspector Clod of the Yard (retired)

Same Kinda Clothes

. . . . At what stage did this guy (crechedad) go to the Leicestershire Police in the UK and tell them that he believed he was the person who Jane Tanner had seen carrying a child?

Much as I thought it odd that this guy had preserved the actual clothes he had been wearing on that night, I find it much more odd, that the clothes he is wearing in the above picture were in fact NOT those same clothes.

So were did he get them? Metropolitan Police provide them for him?

Makes it all the more FISHY!

Met were hardly going to supply him with an outfit that did not match the McCanns sketch, a sketch we are told was based on their buddy Jane Tanner's sighting!

Well, now you can knock me down with a feather, because that rather changes an already outrageous story! . . . . My! What a lot of questions.

Hat tip and lizard love, Maren.

News from Portugal

A new disgrace in the €16.4 million police investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has erupted in the British media.

It now appears that the Operation Grange ‘Maddie probe’ has involved the hiring of private investigators from firms that were actually being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office for “allegedly overcharging” the British government.

According to a report in the Sunday Times, both firms were under suspicion of putting in bogus charges for the electronic tagging of released prisoners who were either “dead, back in prison or had fled the country”.

One of the companies, G4S, has “since repaid more than €130 million to the Treasury” over the scandal, but it is still another low moment for the Metropolitan Police which has come under enormous criticism for spending so much money on the Maddie investigation over the past eight-plus years, without coming up with one single charge or provable theory.

According to stories in the media today, “up to 81 officers from private security firm G4S were recruited to assist Operation Grange - even though at one stage 31 detectives were assigned to work on the case full-time”. more

A G4S Director/Share Holder is married to Home Secretary Theresa May, so this is effectively laundering of British government money( ie TAX PAYERS money) supposedly put aside to hunt for girl whom all the evidence suggests died in Praia De Luz. SCAM!

Update.
Security firm G4S has vehemently denied that Theresa May’s husband has any involvement with it, following claims on this blog and many, many others. more
