LEBANON, Tenn. - A Tennessee State Trooper -- who resigned earlier this year after receiving oral sex from a porn star during a traffic stop -- was arrested hit with a number of charges.
Authorities arrested James "Randy" Moss on Tuesday after a grand jury indicted him on 10 charges, including tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression -- stemming from an incident in May when Moss made a traffic stop on Justis Richert, a porn actress who goes by the name "Barbie Cummings."more
