Anna Ardin Witness For The Prosecution

Leaving all that surrounds the case of Julian Assange out of things, and all other factors apart, can I but ask this one question?

In a judicial system that was just and open to public scrutiny, what prosecutor in the world would even think about trying bring a prosecution where the main witness and accuser had written a brief dissertation on the subject, of all things, Revenge.

I think you might join me in saying, not one. Because let's face it, the existence of such a document is; what can I liken it to? A torpedo, yes a torpedo, a torpedo for the defence, a torpedo, armed, primed and fuse and course set.

A torpedo, whose very existence would mean only one thing, the sinking of the prosecutions case the minute the witness took the stand. I have this vision if you will, of a periscope, a back to front cap and the cry of 'Los!'

As I say, this scenario would only play out in a judicial system that was just and open to public scrutiny. But could this be said of Sweden, where any trial of Julian Assange would be subject to the following conditions.

.If there is a charge and a trial, it will be held in secret.

.He will not be judged by an ’independent and impartial tribunal’, a fundamental requirement under the European Convention of Human Rights (article 6.1). Three out of the four judges are lay judges, who have been appointed by political parties and have no formal legal training. Fair Trial for Julian Assange?

I don't make mention of pre-trial conditions, they can be accessed at the link above, but for me, the words secret and trial, or justice for that matter, don't belong in the same sentence.

That which is posted below, contains, apart from Anna Ardin's seven salient pieces of advice on the subject of revenge, the bare minimum of the original post. And for no other reason that I don't care much for the writers style, nor what he has to say for that matter. But then, that's not the essence of the post, it's what is going on inside Ardin's head that is germane.

Anna Ardin's new revenge school!

Learn how to get revenge on a really creative way. Courses for all the girls who are not content with throwing vases or having uninhibited sex with his intended victim's friends and acquaintances.

Here we learn that in a subtle way, to destroy the victim's life. Anna was previously on his blog going through the first steps of a creatively cruel revenge. Here is the continuation course for all the girls who see PMS as a natural condition of life.

Terror Feminist prosecutor Marianne Ny will jump in as our expert in extreme retaliation cases that require a little extra terror feminism.

Repeat revenge with Anna!

For all students who forgot Anna's former vengeance lessons are now able to refresh your memory a bit. Here is Anna through everything required for that suffering will be a maximum painfully of his intended victim.

Stage 1
Consider very carefully if you really must take revenge. It's almost always better to forgive than to avenge

Stage 2
Think about why you want revenge. You do not need to just be clear about who to take revenge on, but also why. Revenge is never directed against only one person, but also meet a certain action.

Step 3
The principle of proportionality. Remember that revenge will not only match the deed in size but also in nature. A good revenge is linked to what has been done against you. For example if you want revenge on someone who cheated or who dumped you, so the penalty should have something with dating / sex / fidelity to do.

Step 4
Make a brainstorm about appropriate measures for the category of revenge you're after. To continue the example above, you can paja your victim's current relationship, fix so that his new partner is unfaithful or ensure that he gets a madman after him. Use your imagination!

Step 5
Think of how you can systematically take revenge. Perhaps a series of letters and photos, the new to believe that you have seen more than just a big lie on a single occasion?

Step 6
Rank your systematic revenge schemes from low to high in terms of likely successful implementation, the required input from you, and degree of satisfaction if you succeed. The ideal, of course, revenge is as high as possible in these columns, but can often be an increased effort by labor and capital provide safer output for the other two, really important parameters.

Step 7
Screed to work. And remember what your goals are while you are operating, ensure that your victim will suffer in the same way as he made you suffer. Under Mattan, translated.

  1. Naomi Wolf on BBC Newsnight discusses her stance on the Julian Assange rape case as well as her overall opinion on rape and how it's treated in the judicial system. For once Jeremy Paxman remains silent as she ventures into the seemingly uncomfortable topic of vagina/brain connection.

Anna says that she thought she actually didn't want to go any further but it was too late to say 'stop' to Assange when she'd 'gone along with it this far'. She thought she 'could blame herself'. So she let Assange fully undress her.

Anna Ardin, political analyst!, not to mention feminist.

    Quite.

Julian Assange, whistlebower, not to mention, no finesse.

But if reports are to be believed, Ardin didn't go to the cops to report a rape, but to see if Assange could be forced to take an STD test.

If reports are to be believed.

I think the only thing you can believe with certainty, is the political motivation that lies at the heart of the whole sordid affair.

  6. Similar criticisms of the Swedish legal system are based largely on myths and misconceptions. The framework of Sweden’s criminal law with respect to sexual offenses is no different from most other countries’. I will not be sentenced for rape if my condom breaks during a sexual act. But, like in many other countries, I can be convicted of rape if I have sex with a sleeping or unconscious person.

This statement was written by Irmeli Krans, a Swedish police officer, on 20 August 2010 and amended on 26 August 2010. It purports to be the record of an interview with Sofia Wilen, but Sofia Wilen refused to sign the statement and has not done so to this day.

Sounds like a bastion of flair play doesn't it?

But how easily he dismisses Assange's real fear.

Finally, no, the Swedish police will not place Assange on a CIA-chartered plane as soon as he arrives at Stockholm airport. They, like all other Swedish authorities, will discharge their duties according to the law.

They, like all other Swedish authorities, will discharge their duties according to the law.

Which includes no doubt, honouring an extradition request from the US.

    Yes quite.

I didn't bother reading the statement again, it's what yer man has to say that's more telling.

Rather than take her to a medical facility, Ardin took Wilen to a police station, under the pretext that the police might be able to compel Assange to take an STD test – which even in Sweden must be an extraordinary proposition.

Ardin did not take Wilen to the nearest police station. She took her right across Stockholm to the police station where Ardin’s friend, lesbian feminist campaigner Irmeli Krans, was serving. They arrived at 2pm and rather than see another officer, they waited two hours until Krans came on duty. Then Ardin was present throughtout Krans’ interview of Wilen – which appears to have very much informed Ardin’s presentation of her own subsequent allegation against Assange. Ardin’s “assault” by Assange took place several days before the Wilen “assault”, but was not reported by Ardin until two days after she had sat through Wilen’s interview with her friend Krans.

Interesting but it's all conjecture, and I can't find a name for who wrote it, not a good sign.

I did notice the Miami Herald being quoted, for what little I have seen of their reporting, they don't seem very impressed with the whole affair, be it the 'wimin' Sweden or the US.

And then there is this, which makes me quite wary about all the rest of it. Even for Sweden it takes some believing.

The Swedish laws define rape broadly, so that pressing an erect penis against a woman's back the morning after consensual sex

By that metric then, every man that has ever spent the night with a woman is guilty of rape.

    What so you, liberal Hollander?

I am very thankful for the above article which should be read by everyone concerned to know the truth of what happened. I think what you have written explains the time line of events very well. Maybe in future, Julian will have to consider staying with known friends. Neither women seem to care about the future of WikiLeaks because they only care about themselves. But, globally we’re all benefiting. I feel a cloud of oppression got lifted off my head, when listening to all the interviews with Julian Assange explaining WikiLeaks work. It’s a shame that neither of the girls could think of the wider outcome, of their actions. If Anna was trying to widen her audience or increase her fame, then Julian became a first class mug for staying with her…she was poor company.

In my opinion, AA is just a runaway idealist, intelligent but with a girlish world and love view. For instance, the revenge article was written due to deception by a former lover. Progressive on the one hand, conservative on the other, a strange kind of arrogance, modern day "feminists" disease. On top of that she’s a religious christian. The Bible is her dogma. There’s the angle, she will not change her mind, unable to doubt. That makes her "dangerous", a strong but unloving character, and perhaps ideal for Assange’s opponents.

But that’s only what I think. Perhaps it all sounds weird to you, I hope you get the gist though. It is so difficult to translate philosophy thingees. Mx
