Female Circumcision. Who Is To Blame ?

The Question is specific to the clip in this instance.
Ignorance, religion and misogyny are always to the fore, even taking ignorance and religion into account, I find it so hard to listen to these women talking about gladly butchering their own daughters.

The clip below will make you want to scream, because it is the women who perpetrate this obscenity on their own daughters. To say nothing of the ignorance that pervades the whole culture, with I have to say, a surprising (male) exception.
